Made slowly in small batches at Cross Bank Farm, this jam is lovely on warm toast, scones, crumpets or stirred through thick yoghurt. It is also rather good with a dark chocolate cake, a spoonful of cream, or anything that looks like it might benefit from a little raspberry-coloured mischief.
