Delivery

Orders are prepared and packed by hand at Cross Bank Farm in Shropshire.

Collection

Collection from Cross Bank Farm is available for all products. Most orders can be collected once you have received confirmation that they are ready.Pickled quail egg orders require a minimum of 24 hours’ preparation before collection. Please wait until we have confirmed that your order is ready before travelling to the farm.

Pickled Quail Eggs

Our pickled quail eggs are prepared in small batches and require a minimum of 24 hours’ preparation before collection or dispatch. Postal orders can be sent using: Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail delivery times begin once your parcel has been dispatched and do not include our preparation time.

Other Orders

Preserves, gift collections and other available products are normally prepared for collection or dispatch as soon as practical.Where an order contains pickled quail eggs, the whole order may be held until the eggs are ready so that everything can be sent together.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is selected, tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after collection.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, delays can occur once a parcel has left Cross Bank Farm. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.

Damaged Orders

We take considerable care when packing glass jars and other fragile items. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or otherwise not as it should be, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products. Please keep the packaging until we have responded, unless it would be unsafe to do so.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot normally replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied at checkout.
