Meet the Cross Bank Quails

If you're reading this, you're probably holding a box eggs from our farm and for that, we would like to thank you for supporting us.
Here at Cross Bank Farm, our Cross Bank Quails are a busy flock of Celadon & Coturnix quail, small in size but big in character.
All industrious, quick on their feet and very serious about feeding time.

Quail eggs

Quail eggs may be small, but they’re rich, creamy & beautifully speckled.
One quail egg contains only 14 calories but is rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals and are higher in protein, iron, vitamin B12, and riboflavin per
gram than chicken eggs.
Despite their small size, their yolk-to-white ratio is higher, contributing to their richer flavour and nutrient density.
The patterns on every single egg are highly individual, with each hen typically laying eggs with her own consistent, unique design!
