Inside are two jars of small-batch jam, two small-batch jellies, a jar of Cross Bank Farm pickled quail eggs, a jar of honey from our Buckfast beehives, twelve fresh quail eggs and two handmade beeswax candles.
It is a celebration of the farm in its most generous form: preserves for slow breakfasts, jellies for cheese and well-laid tables, distinctive pickled quail eggs for grazing and sharing, fresh eggs from our own birds, golden honey and the warm, natural scent of beeswax.
Everything is packed by hand in our five-star rated kitchen, with patience and care, with flavours chosen by you. No two collections will be quite identical but every one will be full of things worth opening.
The wooden presentation crate is also made here at Cross Bank Farm, by hand, using reclaimed wood. Each one has its own grain, markings and character, making the presentation as individual as the contents.
